Acceptable Stay with Noise Issues
noise problem missing amenities
The hotel location was acceptable for accessing nearby restaurants.
I found the room was not soundproofed adequately. Noise from a nearby nightclub persisted until 4 AM! some amenities were missing. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

helpful staff great location quiet room
the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was great (especially for accessing public transport and nearby dining). my room was nice and quiet ensuring a restful sleep.

convenient location free coffee friendly staff street noise pricey parking private parking lot
The hotel's location proved very convenient. It was close to many attractions. The free coffee in reception was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and approachable.
The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise disturbed sleep. The parking discount applied only to a private lot nearby. This parking was quite pricey.

Decent Hotel with Some Issues
broken air conditioning damp room
The air conditioning did not work upon my arrival, and the staff seemed skeptical when I reported it. After some persistence, they acknowledged the problem. I received another room. This replacement room was at the end of a corridor, made me uneasy as a solo traveler. The room felt damp, and neither the mini-fridge nor the kettle worked.

a balanced stay in city center
good location main shopping area helpful staff unfunctional room missing shelving noisy air
this hotel location was good. it was close to the main shopping area. it was also near the food district. rooms were clean and the staff was english speaking.
i got room 202. it wasnt very functional. there was no shelving in bathroom. there was also no place for toiletries. the air con was noisy.

a solid stay
central location good storage space
the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. the central location allowed easy walks to the beach and many shops. i found good storage space in the room and the bed was really comfortable.
the o-bar near reception seemed expensive! a can of coke cost €3.50. the lobby doubles up as the breakfast area.
